Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Period

You may return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. This applies to all orders placed through shineuiclearinge.world, regardless of your location. For customers in the European Union, this right of withdrawal is in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
• The return must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receipt
• You must contact us before returning the item
• Proof of purchase (order reference) must be provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Opened or partially used products (for hygiene and food safety reasons)
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery

4. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

1. Email us at info@shineuiclearinge.world with your name, order reference and reason for return
2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
3. Send the product to the address provided in our response
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued via the original payment method where possible. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@shineuiclearinge.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no expense to you.
